I am from India by origin. I am working in HEINEKEN for almost a year now and we are a Digital Enablement team specialized in product delivery using OutSystems (low code platform) and from the central team perspective we own this platform!
On one side we do development for our central team and we make sure our platform is stable, scalable and highly secure so that the OPCOs around the world if they wanted to do development using OutSystems, then they become a qualified federated team to start using our OutSystems platform for their own product development.
When I got my first serious job, I was trying to get into a pure finance area, but the second manager in the interview asked me on a scale of 1 to 10 how important is Data in a company. And within one minute I said, “Data is the second most important asset that a company has, the first one is people who are managing it correctly”. The next day I received the feedback that they are happy to offer me a data position. On my first day of work, my leader told me “Data area will be all the time about learning and adapting, welcome and don’t get too comfortable with the knowledge you think you have” and is the best advice.

After a few months I can say it is a great pleasure to work in Heineken. From the very beginning the induction process go very smoothly were assigned persons helped me learn and understand IT systems used in company. Hi, my name is Regil Boltiador. I am from the Philippines.
I started my Heineken career 16 years ago when I joined Asia Pacific Breweries, Singapore as Infrastructure Executive. Through the years I was on to different roles in the operating company including the Infrastructure Manager before I moved to the regional office.
While working for Heineken Asia Pacific Headquarter acting as the Regional Services Lead, I established the Regional Service Desk while also deploying the service-now platform to all APAC operating companies. I then moved to another role as the Regional Technology Lead for APAC during the pandemic lockdown. This was the most interesting time for technology adaptation for our Heineken users. It accelerated the usage of technology but without the challenge of making them stable, especially with the work from home setup. Very colorful and eventful times for technology implementation and innovation. We as Heineken D&T will adopt to the best technology in the market and to optimize work as an organization.
Last year, I joined the Heineken Global Shared Service. Composed of young, energetic, and dynamic team. My goal as a Chapter lead for the Engineering team, is to ensure that we will make this digital hub a factory of great ideas and digital products on Heineken’s aim to be the best-connected brewer in the world. Injecting the Heineken working culture and passion DNA thru this Heineken journey.
